Josh Luedtke, our highly experienced team member with over 17 years in the automotive business has upholstered thousands of vehicles, including those of blue ribbon manufacturers. Josh has traveled throughout the country teaching the craft of upholstery and the installation of air conditioned seats in vehicles. His excellent work has earned him spots at conventions around the nation where he displays some of his fine work. Now part of Ultimate Airstreams, Josh Luedtke joins the team by providing his signature line of work tailored to any Airstream.
Ultimate Airstreams’ upholstery department is equipped with industrial grade equipment, experienced staff, and a dedicated area for upholstery projects. Our upholstery service is inside of our 45,000 square foot facility where all of our custom Airstreams are built, allowing Josh to create precise custom templates for projects. Our custom upholstery is cut, sewn and crafted in-house so you know it was created to the highest standards.
We offer the ability to customize most furniture in an Airstream, including dinettes, lounges, curtains, bedrooms, walls, stools, doorway headknockers, custom seating areas, and awnings. Here at Ultimate Airstreams, we give you the freedom to choose the design and material for your project. You select the material, the color, the thread color, the foam firmness, and the stitch pattern. The Josh Luedtke signature line of upholstery offers the ability to sew single or double French Seams, single or double Top Stitch, Piping (welt cord), and single or double Diamond Stitch. We also provide our line of Heated Seat Cushions that allows you and your guests to enjoy warm, cozy seats on chilly mornings and cool nights.
Choose from the large range of colors we have available for synthetic leather materials. Ultimate Airstreams uses “Classic” from The Symphony Collection, which is highly resilient and durable, yet with the supple hand and texture of pebble grain leather.
